§ 1 RIGHT OF REFUSAL FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERs/consumers IN THE DELIVERY OF GOODS Cancellation policy:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not a carrier, took or has taken possession of the first goods. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us at DVV Media Group GmbH, Heidenkampsweg 73-79, 20097 Hamburg, E-Mail: leserservice(at)dvz.de by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest one offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

§ 2 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS/CONSUMERS IN THE CASE OF DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT WHICH IS NOT DELIVERED ON A PHYSICAL DATA CARRIER.
Right of revocation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Special notes
The right of revocation does not apply to the conclusion of a contract for
1. the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
2. the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;
3. the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after supply.
4. it is already now pointed out that the purchase of an eBook or an audio file is subject to the condition of waiving the legal right of withdrawal. With the conclusion of the order procedure the customer agrees that him a legal right of revocation with the purchase and the associated immediate Downloadmöglichkeit of a eBooks and/or a clay/tone file is not entitled.
5) The customer is also no longer entitled to a right of revocation if he has downloaded the software and other digital products provided in the form of license models via the Internet or other means of electronic communication.
